Auggie turned three years old this past week. We had visions of a huge party with kids and balloons and games and party favors for all, but seriously, who has time to organize all that? We did pretty good just finding time to buy the poor kid some presents that were presented to him in the same plastic bags in which they came home from the store.

The local grandparents came by for dinner and cake (Auggie and I made it together so now he's got cakemakin' skills too!) and we had some presents. He got a basketball hoop, some art stuff, some Thomas the Tank engine trains and tracks, and a new recorder.
