See Auggie. See Auggie read. Read, Auggie, read!
So as part of the nightly bedtime routine, we usually read Auggie two stories. Lately, however, he's been insisting on reading them to us. Check the video:

The book is "One Snowy Night." He's got a head cold and sounds as stuffy as he is. Turning up the volume will help. I think he mostly just knows the storyline and his repeating it back to us. But occasionally there is a flash of comprehension and reasoning that seems beyond what I'd expect for a toddler. We've been joking lately about how we'll never be able to pay for his college tuition in 15 years when and if he want's to go. Looks like the timetable for that might be more like five or 10 years.
